160 guests were thrilled with the entire arrangement.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dubrovnik Travel in September 2010.
I needed a reliable ground agent at very short notice; I found Dubrovnik Travel’s e-mail online, sent an e-mail into the ether and hoped for the best. Within an hour Ivana got in touch, not only confirming that my brief was totally doable, but also sent some suggestions and agreed to meet me in 3 days whilst I was in Dubrovnik.
Ivana showed me some of the most unique and beautiful venues that all could’ve worked for our event, but what impressed me the most was her quick thinking and creativity whilst incorporating the Motorola brand and touching on our business objectives – making it relevant for our target audience. Every member of staff at Dubrovnik Travel are extremely courteous and highly professional – without Ivana, Jelena and the whole office, our event for 185 people from 7 different countries, speaking 5 different languages would not have run as smoothly. Our delegates all commented on what a highly professional event it was and this was largely due to Dubrovnik Travel who understood the brief immediately, all instructions and became team members for the week we were there.
Nothing was too much trouble; they offer great value for money, extremely professional, creative, fast thinking/ problem solving, all tasks were completed on time and within budget BUT. … with that something extra special!

First of all, I would like to thank your team ( Ivana Marusic & Stela Melic) for their professionalism and their personal implication last week on during our event at Excelsior Hotel at Dubrovnik. This was for us very pleasant to count on an understanding staff ready 24 hours a day to help and find solutions to each situation.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance while I was in Split, I was particularly impressed with your organisational capabilities notably in using the Prime Minister’s road blocks to get me to the airport in time to board my flight – exceptional effort. On a serious note: Spending time with you all has instilled a level of comfort that I will surmise an pass onto McKinsey next week. That was really GREAT!
We had last Friday our final meeting with the client. It went very well!! They were so enthusiastic!! But I think you know this already. The main point we discussed during this meeting was the final invoice and the second point was a short evaluation. Evaluation:
– good cooperation with mck and thl
– good comments about the flexibility of Dubrovnik Travel!!! They really appreciate your complicity and the way you were thinking with us and with the client. That was really GREAT!!!
– We received an overall assessment of a 10 out of 10!! So I think I don’t need to say anything anymore…
