Everything was perfect…
Ciao Mario,I just finished talking about you guys here in the office: you and your colleague (forgive me, I don’t remember his name…), all the drivers and all the guides, did a wonderful job. Everything went the way it was supposed to go. Everything was perfect at the pier, guides, buses, no problems during the operations. All the comments, also from the participants were very positive. I really don’t know what else you can do. I am really happy to say that my experience was very very good, actually our guides should do some training with yours, as our guides have forgotten that they are “tourist guides”, they are not princes and princesses!!! Thank you again, and I am sorry I missed Daniel at the pier that morning. I hope to come back again.

We are back in windy and wet London following our glorious days with you. This is a brief but sincere note of thanks to you and your team. We had a very happy conference and I believe all the delegates enjoyed their stay as well as finding the Conference useful. You looked after us extremely well and all seemed to go so smoothly. It was good to see that Tina and Matilda got on so well and this too, I know, is a contributory factor for success. I didn’t get to say goodbye to Mario so could I ask you please to thank him and say I was sorry not to see him at the end (and I was looking forward to hearing more about the new addition to his family) Mario was so kind when I came over last year. Diana and me would like to thank you, Chantal, Daniel, Antun, Marta and all the others very much for their help with our trip to Dubrovnik. Same from our client; they were happy and felt good with your warm welcome and good organisation. Also the weather has mostly been fine, so they could enjoy their journey. Especialy the trip to Sipan by boat, the explanation of Madam Marusic at Skocibuha and the Lunch at the old Oil-Mill had really been a pleasure.
We were quit happy with the Hilton too. The hotel is very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful…………………..

Fantastic two days in Dubrovnik…
Dear Daniel, Our customers have just spent the most fantastic two days in Dubrovnik and I want to record my sincerest thanks to Dubrovnik Travel for the most professional service you provided during our visit. From the moment we arrived until we departed, you and your team were exceptional in every respect. Each of them gave the most professional, dedicated, and outstanding level of service to our group.
In the ten years I have been responsible for the running of these incentive trips, I have not come across any agency anywhere which can match Dubrovnik Travel. Sabine was a superb project leader and was totally focused and provided us with exceptional service. She deserves a gold medal for service! She was ably assisted by Chantal, Pave, and Mario was just magnificent in the way he dealt with any issues that arose. Thank you to all the guides, coach drivers, the boat company and all the Restaurants in Cavtat and East West. Thank you to the Croatian Dancers, the Singers and the Belfast Band. A special thank you to the Revelin Fort Venue Authorities. It was sheer magic. It was a magnificent two days and 189 Irish people experienced the magic of Dubrovnik. Daniel, you and your team can be justifiably proud of what you achieved on our behalf on 12/13 April 2005. For all of us it is now a superb memory – an experience that none of us will forget. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful time and symposium
at Dubrovnik that I hardly find words to express my feelings. As you might have seen already from the photos on Dr Peters CD there were many moments of wonderful understanding and nice atmosphere. Remember our welcome party at Sponza, I never before saw such.
A program with renaissance music and referat on an opening event. Please give my warmest thanks to your mayor and the president of the medical association and dr. Radic for their welcome. Also thanks to prof. Jusic showing us the medieval documents and for this lecture. Also the meeting was outstanding because of the high quality of lectures and speakers, and we had such good discussions. And thanks again to the tecnichains, to the people who worked at the coffee breaks and to your mother for best quality cookies. (Ruth liked them very much and explained to me how much time and good houskeeping it takes to prepare them). Also the dinner at Nautika was celebrated in a extraordinaire manner at a marvellous place, and our tour by boat and bus to Konavle was a great experience for all of us. What I want to express is that we alltogether had a very special pediatric meeting whith german and croatian children doctors, and all the collegues from Germany mentioned the high standards of the events. They appreciated the tie in Dubrovnik as a meeting one will not forget. Since most of the organisation had been managed by you and Mare Batinic I heartly thank you again.
