Belgium’s King Albert ll and queen Paola stopped off on this majestic island Hvar on Sunday, on 19 of August, while cruising the Adriatic with their friends on their mega yacht “Alpa”.Hvar, the longest and the sunniest of Croatia’s island is fast becoming a mecca for the rich and famous cruising the central Dalmatian archipelago.
With its diverse venues rich with tradition, history, natural beauty and modern luxury it provided the Royals great dinning opportunities as well as sightseeing and photo ops.
King Albert one in a long line of celebrities to visit Hvar this year, famous Formula 1 driver,
Michael Schumacher as well as American actor Edward Norton were there earlier this summer.
