DT Croatia – Dubrovnik Travel DMC is proud to announce that according to Det Norske Veritas DNV, DT is the first agency in Croatia certified under the new ISO 9001-2015 standard. The DNV has informal commented during the certification that DT Croatia’s updated standards for Improved Customer Satisfaction should be an example for all other companies in the Croatian service industry that want to maintain perfection in DMC business.

Continually striving for excellence, DT was certified with ISO 9001-2008 in 2009, guaranteeing superior quality of service. The new ISO 9001:2015 standard explicitly expects organizations to identify and address risks affecting service compliance; resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

Besides identifying the risks, the new ISO standard expects organizations to address opportunities for improvement based on the risk analysis.
