This tour starts with a two hours drive from Split to the National Park Krka.
On this interesting bus journey you would be able to enjoy the limestone plateaus and river canyons.

The National Park Krka

The National Park Krka was declared a national park in 1985, it is one of seven National parks in Croatia, and is named after the river that runs through all 35,000 acres. At one of the entrances, Skradin or Lozovac you would be able to take a boat ride trough park and enjoy the breathtaking views on spectacle waterfalls.

Is the largest and the most dramatic waterfall in Krka National Park which is151 feet in height and approximately 1,312 feet wide. Just walking around you will witness the most dramatic and extensive views of this natural wonder. Swimming is allowed in some pools at certain times. At the restored water mills of the Krka National Park it is possible to watch the presentation of milling wheat, washing, and pounding of cloth, weaving of fabrics and floor mats, horseshoe smithing, ploughing, planting, preparations of food in the old kitchens and more.

You will have some free time to explore falls and their crystal clear pools on your own, visit the souvenir shops for some gifts etc. The lunch will be served in one of the restaurants in park with the tasty local cuisine and wine or at Etnoland theme park only 10 minutes from the National Park Krka where you would be able to experience how the people lived in Dalmatian Zagora, this Croatian region in the past, and to learn more about their customs, traditions and way of living.
